Chelsea dismisses Scolari |

Bad results obtained at the English ‘Primer League’ |
 Chelsea confirmed, through its web site, the dismissal of its coach, Brazilian Luis Felipe Scolari. The reason seems to be the bad results obtained at the English ‘Primer League’, in which Chelsea is in fourth position. Although the board of directors is very thankful for the time he has been Chelsea’s coach.
In a press release the board affirms Scolari “has brought many positive things to the club since his arrival. We have a sad feeling about our relations ending so soon. Unfortunately, results and team performance seem to be getting worse on the season’s most important time”. |

Philadelphia dethrones New York |

Great game |
 This last Sunday Philadelphia Eagles beat New York Giants who were, till then, reigning champions. Quarterback Donovan McNabb run to a touchdown and made an excellent pass ending in a 23-11 scoreboard in an NFL American football playoffs game.
Eagles played a great game. Scored twice from the defensive line on the fourth and last partial getting gracefully out from this difficult compromise and being able to face Arizona Cardinals for the National Conference title next Sunday. |
