The team has some players who starred the Argentina U-20 team that won last year, including Lionel Messi. There are also some experienced players as well such as Sorin, Riquelme, Saviola and Heinze.
Some unexpected absentees included Walter Samuel (Inter) and Javier Zanetti (Inter). Argentina is in Group C and their first match will be June 10th.
